Page & Mikey were so worn out from our adventures yesterday, they decided to hang out at the hotel and chill while the rest of us loaded up and headed over to Universal Studios! I have to admit I was a little slow getting around today too, but I did eventually got it in gear for another day of fun. Luckily, the vibe today was MUCH more low key than yesterday. I rode over with Mark & Christie and we stopped off at a little cafe for a quick bite before we me up with Mat, Jaci and all the kids in the Woody Woodpecker play-zone. The kids were having a total blast. I snapped this picture of Lexi which reminded me so much of one I had taken of Chris 6 years ago in this same play area.

The big hit of the day for the kiddos was definitely the Woody Woodpecker Nuthouse Coaster, they rode it over and over again...& thanks to Mat, they had Fast Passes so they waited for 0 minutes in line :)

After this we rode lots of indoor rides - The Simpson's, Men in Black, ET, Jimmy Neutron - all really good. The kids ate Churros and stood under the misters, it was a great day.
We were going to ride Jaws, but it started lightening and they wouldn't let anyone out on the water....so we had to settle for a quick photo shoot with Jaws instead.
Lexi is pouting in these pictures because she wanted her head to be in Jaws' mouth. I had a talk with her and we finally settled on a picture with a random giraffe.
Good Buddies
At this point we were all pooped and much to my dismay, we went straight from the park to the restaurant where we were meeting all the crew from Mat's show. We had been sweating and rained on all day so we were not looking our best but oh well, good food/friends win out every time.
We met at this place called Tu Tu Tangos, which has very yummy food and drinks! The kids had their own table and then the "grown-ups" had a huge table right beside them.

Lexi, saw the different ladies dancing, and not to be outdone, she decided it was time Lex-Effects joined the party....I think she won that contest, all eyes were on her as she busted out her awesome moves.
