Today, Miss Mae had to miss school on only her 4th day, but she had an appointment (the first of 3) to get a cavity filled and they had her take baby valium last night and then again this am. She was totally bummed about missing school, but I didn't really notice her acting funny or loopy with the valium. She did great with her procedure and we were standing at the checkout counter paying and scheduling and she was kind of jumping around being hyper...well, because of the valium her balance wasn't very good and she fell forward and conked her head on the desk!!! She was fine, but they stood there watching her like a hawk after that and suggested I hold her hand on the way out ;) It seems like the Valium makes her hyper and silly more than anything, and apparently off balance...good to know.
She insisted on wearing her new outfit to her appointment today and here she is being all sassy, working it to the max.
She sure is fun.

I love the way she strikes a pose! Weeee! This girl has a future in modeling, really. I'm happy that her cavity has vanished! Hehe! Just keep on taking care of her teeth, so that cavities won't ruin her day anymore.
