I was so inspired from my 5k yesterday I recruited Tuesday and we met the RunHers group out at Hefner for a special event called Martha Stewart Moves, it was to celebrate her new show on the Hallmark Channel and everyone in the group got a free running shirt, apron & wooden spoon just for coming! We had an easy 2 mile run, photo opp and then went to Panera for breakfast.

My family was just getting up when I got home! I feel like a marine or something, lol!
